Invoice Logos

Q. Can I have my shop logo and certifications print on my invoices?

Answer:

Yes, There are several options regarding custom invoices. Typically you will need to create an Image file of how you want the header of your invoice to look. Once in the proper format MaxxTraxx can print that in the header rather than the standard info that appears there by default, since this is somewhat technical to setup, please contact Scott Systems support staff for the details and assistance in this area.

Connect MaxxTraxx to ProLink

Q. What are the preparation requirements I need to complete to get my MaxxTraxx ready to connect to ProLink?

Answer:

A MaxxTraxx user wanting ProLink must have both their TAMS and ProLink accounts set up at the store first, or when we go to get a ProLink account it will create an orphan number and will not work until we clear that orphaned number from the Electronic Ordering database.
