Resize Logos for Repair Orders, Invoices and Statements
Q. How do I resize the Logos in MaxxTraxx?
Answer:
Custom Logo Resize Instructions:
- Using File Explorer on your computer, Navigate to the Scott Systems folder under your main server or workstation's C:/ drive folder
- Navigate inside MaxxTraxx Pro, then Data, then the Company folder
- From here, select your custom logo file you wish to resize and Right Click and choose "Open With..." and then select "Paint"
(NOTE: Depending on your version of Paint, these next steps maybe appear different)
- Once your file opens in Paint, either click on the "Resize" button under the Image tab (newer versions) or go to Image > Scale and Skew (for older versions)
- Using the Resize / Scale and Skew window, make sure "Maintain Aspect Ratio" is checked and then click on the "Pixels" radio button option
- From here you will enter either the width and/or height for your logo using the guides given to you below
***NOTE: ENTER THE WIDTH FIRST AND SEE IF THE HEIGHT IS AT OR SMALLER THAN THE NEEDED SIZE, IF NOT, THEN CHANGE THE HEIGHT VALUE INSTEAD***
